Built on Two Licenses and One Standard

Why Both Trades

Most of the jobs that matter in a house don't respect the line between trades. A standby generator is a gas line and a transfer switch. A tankless water heater is a gas repipe and sometimes a new circuit. A remodel is all of it at once. The industry's answer is subcontractors and finger-pointing. Ours is holding both licenses under one roof, so one company is accountable for the whole job.

How We Work

Diagnose first. Pressure tests, load calculations, camera footage — we find the actual problem before quoting the fix, and we show you the evidence.

Price in writing, upfront. You approve the exact price before work starts. If the fix is smaller than you feared, you'll hear that from us too.

Permit what must be permitted. Panels, water heaters, gas lines, sewers — this work legally requires permits and inspections. We pull them on every job, because unpermitted work always surfaces eventually, usually at the closing table.
